Green Cure EW

Green Cure EW is an emulsion, oil in water contact and stomach insecticide for the control of insects and contains natural pyrethrin. Green-cure affects the Central Nervous Systems (CNS) in insects providing rapid paralytic action and loss of co-ordination in insects.

• Limited resistance issues as insects lack immunity to pyrethrin because of its complex structure and thus one can spray pyrethrin more continuously;

• No to low Pre-harvest Interval: this allows pyrethrin to be applied to crops up to and including the day of harvest;
• Very low Re-entry Period: After spraying, workers may return to the greenhouse as soon as the spray mist has settled; and
• No Residues: Pyrethrin quickly breaks down in sunlight leaving no residues. This is particularly significant where MRL’s are an issue (typically with export vegetables and fruit).
